I'm writing to complain about how your company handle flight 101 from Atlanta to Buenos Aires on January 21st 2014.
Now I will list a bunch of problems that you could have handled much better:
- You didn't think we should have some food before 7 hours passed.
- There was no one to tell us what was going to happen next.
- You wouldn't let us get our luggage and leave.
With those three problems I felt like you were holding us hostage!
In your safety video it says customer safety and comfort are number one. But I didn't feel safe or comfortable! Your video should tell the truth! Remake your video -- on May 19 I am flying your airline again, and I want this to be finished by then.
